    Hi Kirby and Leona,
I love the focus on reliable sources–so important in this day and age of misinformation! Reminds me of this lesson I teach using the media bias chart: https://www.adfontesmedia.com/. I wonder if you could integrate the media bias chart into Twitter as well?

Kirby AND Leona you never fail to amaze me!! I found the slides super useful for me to better understand the flow of your lesson. Since this assignment is cross curricular amongst many subject areas, how might your assessment of this assignment fit into the students’ report cards?

    Hi Kirby & Leona,
This lesson is amazing! I love how well you planned everything out and the Kahoot game is so fun and engaging for students. Oddly I also created a lesson using Twitter and current events, I suppose the platform lends itself to it (I must say that your lesson has a bit more polish than mine). I noticed that your lesson is around 80 mins, do you find that is a good time frame for grade 6 students? (I haven’t done a practicum yet so it’s hard for me to judge lesson times)

Hi Kirby and Leona! I really enjoyed diving into your lesson plan! I love the slide presentation, it is bright, clear, and fun! I also really like how many platforms you included into your lesson as well as the abundance of resources that you have provided and created! I am wondering how you might adapt this lesson plan for younger grades?

    Hey Leona and Kirby,
First off I have to say that I am loving the bitmojis, they were a great addition to your video! I think having a google slides presentation was a useful touch to your lesson plan. Because it is one more tool that can be used to help explain your lesson plan when you’re pulling it out to use in the future. Could you have students pick current events related to a specific theme? Or would you want to leave it open for each student to decide?
